Since we found out that there will be a new and scarier dinosaur in Jurassic Park 4, I had this weird mix feeling that the T.Rex wouldn't return as king. I do want the Rex to be king again in Jurassic Park 4, but it would be cool to have a new predator be the second star. Who would you guys pick as a scarier predator for the fourth film? Or should the scarier dinosaur replace the T.Rex in the fourth? I sure hope not!

with us returning to nublar its going to be HIGHLY difficult to add new dinos... Given they're going by the book, as dr.wu mentions *book* they had a new batch of unknown eggs about to hatch... We could see them hatching and reeking havoc on the island??? Knowing they are not spino, spino will not be in the next film... theres probably another way to add one in... but it'll be breaking the films universe just a bit...

Really? I didn't remember that scene from the book. That would be pretty cool to have those unknown eggs hatching, we could have a group to reclaim those eggs. Plus it could be a sequel that happens while the power goes out, as a team was hired by InGen to destroy the eggs, but the eggs hatched, and after being on the island for several months, the dinosaurs have become full grown. basically they are the exterminators for these unknown dinosaurs. Hey Paden what do you think, what kind of scary dinosaurs where inside the dino eggs? Let's chat. This plot could be cool too!

We DO have a new and more so accurate star, and its name is " SPINOSAURUS"

Sorry for the delayed response, haven't looked at this discussion. I could see Metriacanthosaurus in JP4 on Nublar. I saw JP and watched the names of the dinosaurs Nedry was stealing. The discussion has nothing to do with the accuracy of the dinosaurs. This is what could be Scarier than Rex and Spino (a Rex-Spino hybrid maybe). If you want to do the most accurate predator, start a new discussion. As you say, there will be diehard Rex fans in there if you do.

For god sakes just give it a rest already Mr. Spinosaurus Rex. Anyway, yeah, I think it's likely T-Rex will return as the main carnivore again (thank god) being how the film's to take place back on Nublar. For new dinosaurs though, maybe Baryonyx or Acrocanthosaurus would be cool to see as second main dinos. Though I'd preferably would like to see a water dinosaur added to the mix, maybe a Leopluradon or Mosasuar.
